Principal’s Message
After more than 30 years of experience and duties in the aided college, it is a privilege to work as a Principal in the un-aided, private institution Hemuji Chandele College, Shelgaon (R). The college management has good support to run the college as co-education affiliated to PAH Solapur University, Solapur. Quality education and student support facilities provided by college are very good hence students are achieving goals of success in the university examination as well as in their personal life. Vision of college is, “Quality education for empowerment of rural youth” and to percolate this vision college management is taking painful efforts in nearby communities by personal and social counselling. For a decade college tried to augment infrastructure, travelling, and educational facilities to enable students to become globally fit. Though the college is private and unaided, management never misbehaves with the students regarding financial matters like tuition fees or examination fees.
The institute provides at its maximum facilities for curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The institute takes feedback from students, alumni, parents, teachers and employers as well as conducts student satisfaction surveys. After collection of these reports, analysis has been practiced which is used for improvement in quality educational culture on the campus. I ensure quality education provided by college and welcome parents and students of nearby society to become a part of our college by taking the admission. We always remember vision and mission of institute at the time of providing education to rural masses and backward classes of society.
